THE CHALLENGE
Frontier needed a secure, scalable cloud environment for its Powerhouse WMS that could support validated operations and meet applicable life sciences regulatory and security requirements, including GxP expectations and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
THE SOLUTION
Court Square Group deployed Powerhouse WMS within its AWS-based Audit Ready, Compliant Cloud (ARCC) in the US East (N. Virginia) Region. Configured to Frontier and QSSI requirements, the environment uses Amazon RDS for SQL Server, Amazon EC2, AWS CloudTrail, Amazon CloudWatch, and Amazon AppStream 2.0 to support application hosting, database services, logging, monitoring, and secure end-user access.
Court Square Group also delivered qualification documentation and executed installation qualification and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) scripts to establish baseline system functionality and the qualified state of the environment.
THE RESULTS
Frontier received a managed AWS environment designed to support the validated operation of Powerhouse WMS. Ongoing infrastructure administration, monitoring, incident management, change control, patching, documentation, and quality and regulatory support help maintain the system’s qualified state and audit readiness.
